Release tokens gradually: nothing before the cliff, then a steady stream until the end. Lock for a whole team in one transaction, each with their own amount.

Your position's NFT is held by the locker, so its liquidity can't leave the pool. You still collect every swap fee it earns.

The contracts have no owner and no settings. Nobody can cancel a lock or move locked tokens or positions except their recipient, once they release.
